Victoria Dale, Founder of Inclusion 365, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) Consultancy has over 20 years experience helping HR Leaders and employers across different industries from global multi nationals to small businesses to use a data driven approach to make workplace inclusion an every day reality.

Inclusion 365 supports employers who truly want to move forward and build more inclusive cultures by helping them to create environments that are happier, more productive and more engaged where everyone can thrive. We work in partnership with employers to understand the blockages holding their organisation back from progressing their DE&I journey, shine a light on what's working well and empower them to come up with a road map of actionable steps to move forward.
