My approach is grounded in the reality of your people’s experiences, co-designed to build genuine ownership, and focused on protecting your business and your people from the cost of discrimination.

I have over 20 years experience helping HR and DE&I Leaders and employers across different industries to use a data driven approach and make workplace inclusion an every day reality.

At Inclusion 365, we partner with employers who truly want to move beyond ticking a box and build more inclusive cultures by helping them create environments that are happier, more productive and more engaged. We workwith employers to understand the blockages holding their organisation back, shine a light on what's working well and empower them to come up with a road map of actionable steps to move forward on their inclusion journey. 

Our approach is about taking those small steps to build inclusion into everyday conversations, decisions, actions and behaviours.
