Inclusion 365 provided a diversity & inclusion health check for us, including an in-depth desk review of our people policies and processes, and well received, engaging focus groups with select staff and senior management. They provided us with a thorough report and plenty of recommendations on how to embed and push diversity & inclusion further at With Intelligence. The findings were presented to the senior leaders’ team to set action points. Victoria and her colleague Nina’s understanding and knowledge of diversity & inclusion shone through every aspect of the process and the project was well received by staff and senior management. They are both lovely to work with and I hope for them to support us on our D&I journey further.

"Victoria was asked to deliver a bespoke training package to our people in my organisation with-in a set budget. From the very start Victoria was without reservation the consummate professional; our training requirements were analysed in depth, through detailed consultation Victoria designed a package of informative presentations and workshops. The planning and preparation was thorough and this really showed upon delivery. Victoria’s in-depth knowledge and passion for Diversity & inclusiveness radiated throughout, the delivery was perfectly pitched and ensured all delegates were able to ask questions and challenge their thought processes. The result of Victoria workshop has meant uplift in Diversity & Inclusion knowledge which will directly contribute to providing a better service to our clients. Victoria’s workshops will now be an annual feature in our training plan.” Mark Sutcliffe, CEO

“It was a pleasure to partner with Inclusion 365 for our South Westminster BIDs virtual event series. The two webinars Victoria hosted for our business members went down extremely well. The content was both engaging and inspiring. Victoria included a great mix of polls, videos, case study examples and activities which kept the participants involved, even though the workshops were being hosted online. You can tell Victoria is an expert in the diversity and inclusion field of business. She was lovely to work with and I hope to host more events, online or in person with Victoria in the future.” Chloe Noakes, Events Manager at Victoria BID

After attending the ‘accelerating your inclusion journey’ masterclass, I then signed up for the ‘kick start your inclusion journey health check’. This experience was instrumental in assessing where we are on our inclusion journey and identifying the areas we need to address, based around leadership, policies and practices, workforce diversity, communication and engagement from an inclusion perspective. Throughout the process Victoria’s expertise and passion for diversity were clearly evident. As a result, I now have an action plan with clear guidance on key areas to focus on with practical steps of what and how to implement changes to accelerate our inclusion journey. Working with Victoria was a positive experience and her genuine passion for driving meaningful change shone through and I would be very happy to work with Victoria in the future.

Inclusion 365 were commissioned in September 2022 by Thirteen Group to design and deliver a large number of different ED&I training to colleagues and managers to think about what the organisation is doing on Equality, Diversity and inclusion and to encourage their thinking broadly about diversity, the role of privilege and bias in the workplace and specifically understand micro aggressions and how to address these. A key outcome was that people are not afraid to speak up, challenge and feel confident to have conversations on EDI. Victoria and Nina worked closely with the Senior Learning and Organisational Development Advisor and Head of HR Business Partners to design the sessions to ensure these met the organisation’s objectives and outcomes. It was clear throughout the process that Victoria and Nina are very passionate about their work, communication on the project at each stage was great and the content of the sessions was just what we asked for. We had positive feedback overall from the sessions and it encouraged more awareness and conversations around ED&I and how to build inclusion into people’s day to day role.

The sessions delivered were really well received by those who attended and from there we’ve captured lots of thoughts that’ll feed into how we improve our recruitment process.
