For the past 17 years, Nina has worked in various HR Generalist and Consultancy roles across a variety of sectors including NHS, Private Healthcare and Education.
She worked as Head of HR and the Strategic HR Lead for Diversity and Inclusion at St Christopher’s where she specialised in people management, employee relations and the management of change.
She has delivered several people management and leadership courses from front line managers to senior level executives. Nina is particularly interested in management development and organisational design, providing advice on high performing team structures and job roles including job evaluation processes and recruitment needs.
More recently, Nina has become involved in transformational HR and cultural change. Two recent projects Nina is leading on are:
BME staff progression within a large NHS Trust while simultaneously working on the cultural change programme to become the “Best Place to Work” within Devon STP.
Principal consultant for a large NHS Foundation Trust working on cultural transformation programme and Equality Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). Deliverables included the creation of the Trust EDI strategy and associated implementation plans. Engaging with key stakeholders including Employee Network Groups. HR Business partner training and facilitation, which lead to the creation and implementation of a high visibility launch of the Trust’s new zero tolerance approach to bullying and harassment.
Nina is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and a certified workplace coach and facilitator. She has also completed an MA in Strategic Human Resources.
Angela is an Executive and Transformation Coach and Workplace Menopause Consultant, helping organisations retain and support experienced female talent during one of the most significant and often overlooked stages of their careers.
With more than 25 years' experience in senior retail and merchandising leadership, Angela understands first-hand the pressures of leading teams, making high-stakes decisions and delivering results in demanding corporate environments. Her own experience of perimenopause led her to retrain as a coach, combining lived experience with professional expertise to help organisations respond more effectively to the changing needs of their workforce.
Angela works with HR teams, leaders and employees to create practical, commercially grounded approaches to workplace menopause support. Her work includes menopause awareness sessions, manager training, executive and transformational coaching, group support clinics, menopause action planning and policy development.
Known for her honest, down-to-earth style, Angela helps organisations move beyond awareness and into meaningful action, giving managers the confidence to have better conversations and helping experienced women stay engaged, perform at their best and continue building successful careers.
Angela is an ICF Accredited Coach and regularly speaks and writes about the relationship between hormones, confidence, decision-making and leadership in the workplace.
Helen Leach is a virtual assistant who provides administrative support to small business owners, enabling them to focus on their business growth instead of becoming overwhelmed by day-to-day admin.
With more than 20 years' experience in PA, administrative and event management roles in both the public and private sector, Helen helps business owners organise their systems, processes, diaries, inboxes, projects and events so their businesses run efficiently and smoothly. Based in Bedfordshire (but originally from the North East), when Helen is not sorting emails and appointments she acts as a taxi service for her two teenagers, and enjoys running, knitting and going to the cinema.
Helen has been a member of the team supporting Inclusion 365 for a number of years with a range of training and consultancy projects. She has been an invaluable source of support, very meticulous and always goes above and beyond to deliver great VA support.
