Inclusion Health Checks

Our Inclusion Health Checks provide you with a clear picture of how much inclusion is embedded into your people policies and practices, shines a light on what is working well and provide a roadmap of easy to implement actions to help you move forward on your inclusion journey.

Every organisation will be at a different point in their inclusion journey. That is why we offer 4 different types of health checks to meet each organisation where they are at and give them the tools to move forward.

Level 1: Begin your inclusion journey: Kickstart Health Check

Suitable for organisations looking to take the first steps to becoming a more inclusive workplace.

What’s involved?

  • Pre-call questionnaire to assess your organisation’s inclusion journey

  • 1 hour call to identify top 3 pain points and areas for improvement

  • Mini action plan to overcome barriers and move forward

What you’ll get is:

  • Quick win strategies to help you attract more diverse talent, build a more engaged workforce and reduce turnover costs.

  • This is where your Inclusion Journey begins and where you turn your organisation’s vision into action!

Cost: £250

Level 3: Create the building blocks for an inclusive culture: Fix your Fundamentals

Rapid review of your people policies to identify what’s missing and what needs to improve, understand your organisation’s start point and identify next steps to take to move forward on your inclusion journey.

  • Inclusion Health Check self-assessment

  • Rapid review of your people policies, data and short employee engagement survey

  • Summary report of key themes and recommendations to address your main inclusion gaps

  • Better understanding of your workforce, what talent you’re missing and practical ways to attract more diverse talent,

  • improve employee engagement, retention and reduce risk of litigation.

Level 4 Develop your long-term Inclusion strategy: Done for you Deep Dive

Many HR leaders don’t have capacity to manage a full inclusion review themselves. It feels overwhelming and need someone to take it off their hands. That’s why the “done for you” Inclusion Deep Dive is so popular.

We immerse ourselves into your organisation for 6 to 8 weeks, speaking to your employees and gaining an understanding of the culture, leadership, career progression and how included they feel. The information gathered is used to identify what’s working well and what needs to improve in your organisation.

What’s involved?

  • Deep dive review of your people policies, data and other relevant information

  • 1:1s and focus groups with cross section of employees

  • Full report with practical recommendations and action planning session with key stakeholders to develop a roadmap of actions to move forward.

What you’ll get is:

  • Comprehensive framework for your Inclusion Strategy

  • Easy-to-follow action plan to overcome workplace barriers and

  • More engaged workforce, improved retention and attracting the best talent.

Cost: POA

We also offer an Inclusion Health Check Up to existing clients who have had an Inclusion DEEP DIVE already and formalised a roadmap of actions ensuring accountability, provide external challenge, overcome any hurdles and maintain momentum.

Cost: £995 per year (Quarterly 1 hour check in calls and e-mail support)
