We engaged inclusion365 to deliver the Espresso Diversity Awareness course for all staff, as well as bespoke sessions on preventing sexual harassment for our managers and Board. The process of working with Victoria Dale was straightforward — she met with us beforehand to understand our priorities and tailor the sessions to our organisation. The training was highly interactive, sparked meaningful conversations, and has helped strengthen our risk assessment and embed a more inclusive, respectful culture.
