Victoria has worked with 200+ organisations across sectors and facilitated workshops for 8,000+ people. Known for a practical, engaging approach, she partners with leaders, HR and employees to embed inclusion in everyday decisions and behaviours.
Raj is an award-winning inclusion, culture and employee experience specialist who turns DEI ambitions into practical, lasting change. She designs and delivers inclusion education, leadership development and capability-building programmes—workshops, facilitated learning and strategic advisory—to help leaders embed inclusive practices into systems, behaviours and decisions. Known for strategic insight and people-centred delivery, she helps organisations move beyond compliance to build cultures where everyone can thrive.
Joanna is a person-centred coach specialising in organisational effectiveness, purpose and change. Trained at Henley Business School, she has 10+ years in the UK charity sector across operations, people and culture. She helps leaders, managers and individuals embed DE&I into everyday practice through coaching. With nearly 20 years’ experience across specialisms, she’s driven to help people and organisations achieve meaningful change and growth. Curious about human stories and behaviour, she uses conversation to challenge limiting beliefs and spark ideas. Outside work she enjoys running, walking, exploring, reading and time with family and friends.
Angela is an Executive and Transformation Coach and Workplace Menopause Consultant who helps organisations retain and support experienced women during a pivotal career stage. With 25+ years in senior retail and merchandising leadership, she combines lived perimenopause experience and coaching to help workplaces adapt. She partners with HR, leaders and employees to provide practical, commercial menopause support: awareness sessions, manager training, executive coaching, group clinics, action planning and policy development. Direct and down‑to‑earth, Angela turns awareness into action—improving manager conversations and helping experienced women stay engaged and perform. ICF‑accredited, she regularly speaks and writes on hormones, confidence, decision‑making and leadership.
Nina is an HR and EDI consultant with 17+ years’ experience across the NHS, private healthcare and education. She specialises in people management, employee relations, leadership development, organisational design and cultural change. Nina has led complex transformation programmes, developed EDI strategies, supported progression of underrepresented staff, engaged employee networks and helped tackle bullying and harassment. An experienced facilitator and workplace coach, she delivers development for frontline managers to senior executives. She is a Chartered CIPD member, certified workplace coach/facilitator and holds an MA in Strategic Human Resources.
Shelagh is an ED&I specialist with 30+ years’ experience creating fairer, more inclusive workplaces. She has held senior interim and permanent ED&I roles, leading strategy, culture change and measurable outcomes across higher education, financial services, the NHS, government, not-for-profit and media sectors. Her skills include inclusion health checks, equality impact analysis, governance and policy reviews, and anti-harassment strategies. She partners with senior leaders, HR, employee networks and specialists, using a pragmatic, collaborative, evidence-based approach to deliver sustainable results. Chartered Member, CIPD.
Yvonne specialises in diversity and organisational improvement across transport, construction, engineering, local government and charities. She has worked with Transport for London, Crossrail, Essex County Council and HS2 Ltd—leading inclusive station design and reviewing supply‑chain diversity. She’s delivered BBC diversity mentoring on racial under‑representation and trains, facilitates and coaches leaders. As interim Director of Group Equality and Inclusion at TfL she helped secure Opportunity Now Gold for gender, won a Women’s Transportation Award and moved TfL from 59th to 6th on the Stonewall LGBT Index. She is part‑time Director of Student Racial Equity at the University of Portsmouth and consults on inclusion. She holds a Level 7 Master’s in Leadership and Management.
Helen Leach is a virtual assistant who provides administrative support to small business owners, enabling them to focus on their business growth instead of becoming overwhelmed by day-to-day admin.
With more than 20 years' experience in PA, administrative and event management roles in both the public and private sector, Helen helps business owners organise their systems, processes, diaries, inboxes, projects and events so their businesses run efficiently and smoothly. Based in Bedfordshire (but originally from the North East), when Helen is not sorting emails and appointments she acts as a taxi service for her two teenagers, and enjoys running, knitting and going to the cinema.
Helen has been a member of the team supporting Inclusion 365 for a number of years with a range of training and consultancy projects. She has been an invaluable source of support, very meticulous and always goes above and beyond to deliver great VA support.
