Inclusion 365 provided a diversity & inclusion health check for us, including an in-depth desk review of our people policies and processes, and well received, engaging focus groups with select staff and senior management. They provided us with a thorough report and plenty of recommendations on how to embed and push diversity & inclusion further at With Intelligence. The findings were presented to the senior leaders’ team to set action points. Victoria and her colleague Nina’s understanding and knowledge of diversity & inclusion shone through every aspect of the process and the project was well received by staff and senior management.
